Please browse around the house by clicking on the thumbnail images.
PEAK SEASON PRICES November 1st to March 31st
Cost is £700 to rent the whole house per week.
or £250 per room per week.
There is one double room and two twin rooms on the first floor. Each has en-suite facilities, air-conditioning and fans. Each room has its own private balcony.
The house can sleep 6 people easily although extra folding beds can be provided if guests come with children.
There is an additional ground floor bathroom, kitchen, large dining room and lounge.
There is also one ground-floor single room (double at a pinch!) with en-suite. This is where I stay when/if required as your guide etc...so you could go up to 8 people IF you don't need me around!
The house has a swimming pool and an outside Gazebo where you can enjoy eating outdoors or relax with sun-downers watching sunsets on the mountains and lake immediately behind the house.
PLEASE NOTE. The idea of renting this house is that the holiday becomes YOUR adventure. This is NOT AN HOTEL type holiday. It is up to you to come with ideas and together we can construct your own Thai Adventure. I will help you as much as possible and Kannika can sort out all excursion bookings etc.
It is too hot in Thailand to walk much and Thailand is very limited on pavements! It is very important to consider hiring a car. Car Hire is cheap in Thailand....about £25 per day with Insurance.
IF you are very experienced, then hiring a motor bike is an option...but it is NOT one that I recommend!! Driving takes place on the same side of the road as in UK...but Thai style driving is different and there are MANY accidents involving motorbikes.
Alternatively we can arrange a vehicle with a Thai Driver who can be booked on a one trip, whole day or several days basis...it's up to you. Let me know what you'd prefer.
You can rent the whole house at £700 per week depending on the time of year (please see calendar section for seasonal prices) or rent a room for £250 per week. This price has stayed the same since 2008 and is extremely cheap by Phuket standards.
